At Bower Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all cameras, lenses, and accessories are returned in their original packaging with all included documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all cables, manuals, and lens caps are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Bower

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
